Raoul Dufy (1877-1953) was a French painter, set designer and draftsman, Raoul Dufy was Influenced by Boudin's impressionism, he later sided with the Fauves, but his training took place irregularly, having had to start working already at fourteen.

Piotr Topolski is a contemporary talented Polish Portrait Painter, he was born in Kielce in 1960. He attended Krakow's Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He specialises in oil portraiture in the traditional painting style of the Old Masters.

Trent Gudmundsen is an American artist, born in 1978 in California, USA, grew up in a small Utah farming community where he began oil painting at the age of 14. Trent Gudmundsen is described as "a young artist who has the mature brushstroke of someone who's been painting for 50 years or more". With a love of both impressionism and detail, Gudmundsen approaches his paintings with a "less is more" attitude, but delights in adding just the right amount of detail where necessary.


Antonio Bresciani (Napoli, 1902 – 1998) è stato un pittore italiano. Figlio di un decoratore, è stato uno dei pittori napoletani più importanti del Novecento. Allievo di Vincenzo Volpe all'Accademia delle Belle Arti di Napoli, nel 1924 vince il premio destinato agli allievi della Leonardo da Vinci Art School di New York e nel 1925 si diploma in pittura.

Cecilia BEAUX (1855-1942) ✿

Cecilia BEAUX (Philadelphia, 1855 - Gloucester, 1942) was an American painter, Portraitist, she was an authoritative exponent of American Impressionism. She went on to study in Paris, strongly influenced by two classical painters Tony Robert-Fleury and William-Adolphe Bouguereau, who avoided avant-garde movements. In turn, she resisted impressionism and cubism, remaining a strongly individual figurative artist.


Adolfo Belimbau (Il Cairo, 1845 – Firenze, 1938) è stato un pittore italiano.  Nato in Egitto da una famiglia toscana di origini ebraiche, inizia ad interessarsi alla pittura sotto la guida del pittore livornese Felice Provenzal.

Oreste Albertini (1887-1953) è stato un pittore italiano, nato a Torre del Mangano, Pavia. Frequentò la Scuola civica di pittura a Pavia, a tredici anni divenne apprendista affreschista presso Cesare Maroni.

Pietro BOUVIER (1839-1927) ✿

Pietro Bouvier (Milano, 16 novembre 1839 – Milano, 18 novembre 1927) è stato un pittore italiano. Pietro Bouvier è nato a Milano nel 1839. La sua famiglia è di origine svizzera. Sin da giovane è attratto dal disegno e dell'arte e iniziò la sua carriera artistica collaborando con il padre, che era intagliatore. All'Accademia di Brera frequenta i corsi di Raffaele Casnedi e di Francesco Hayez insieme a Francesco Didioni. Pur legandosi alla pittura scapigliata rimarrà influenzato dal romanticismo lombardo.

Vittorio GUSSONI ✿

Vittorio Gussoni (1893-1968) was a Italian painter. He comes from a family of artists and learned the first elements of drawing from his father, then at the Brera Academy he was a pupil of Cesare Tallone, before the war and of Ambrogio Alciati afterwards. He exhibited for the first time at the Brera Biennale in 1922 and was immediately appointed honorary member of that Academy.


Karl Gussow (1843-1907) was a German painter and university professor. His early inclination to art was encouraged by his family so, as soon as he completed his secondary schooling, he was enrolled at the newly founded Grand-Ducal Saxon Art School, Weimar.

Johann Baptist Reiter (1813, Linz - 1890, Vienna) was an Austrian portrait and genre painter of the Biedermeier period. His father was a master carpenter. He spent three years as an apprentice at his father's company, painting furniture, signs and crosses.
