Alexey Slusar was born in1961 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
He received his art education at the secondary art school in Dnepropetrovsk and at the Academy of Architecture in Dnepropetrovsk. He worked as an architect, interior designer, sculptor and decorator after his studies.
