Olga SINCLAIR, 1957 ✿

Olga Sinclair, nasce a Panama nel 1957 è un artista e pittrice figurativa .
Ha partecipato per la prima volta in una mostra collettiva tra i pittori professionisti all'età di soli 14. Ha iniziato gli studi di pittura con suo padre, il pittore Alfredo Sinclair e andò nel 1976 per l'Accademia di Arti Applicate di Madrid , in Spagna.

Paul GAUGUIN (French, 1848-1903) ✿

Paul GAUGUIN (French, 1848-1903) was a French Post-Impressionist Painter and Sculptor. Unappreciated until after his death, Gauguin is now recognized for his experimental use of color and Synthetist style that were distinct from Impressionism. Toward the end of his life, he spent ten years in French Polynesia. The paintings from this time depict people or landscapes from that region.

Pál Fried was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1893. He first studied under Hugo Pohl at the Hungarian Academy, later moving to Paris to train under Lucien Simone at the Acad'e Julien and with Claude Monet. Hugo Pohl is credited with Pal Fried's concentration of many portraits, and Oriental scenes in pastel. Pal Fried primary three areas of painting was in ballerinas, womans and Parisian street scenes. The painting range did tend to also include horse racing, landscapes, and seascapes.

Van Wieck, often considered Hopper-esque for his depiction of isolated subjects in desolate urban landscapes and his manipulation of light and shadow, considers his work to be a snapshot of American life.

He studied at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Chicago’s Historic Palette & Chisel Academy and the Art Students League in New York, where he studied with the most accomplished artists who also paint directly from life under natural light. Michael’s work is held in many public and private collections, such as the United States District Court, University of Chicago, DePaul University School of Law and Chicago Theological Seminary.
