Andrew Atroshenko was born in 1965 in Pokrovsk in Russia and graduating with honours in 1981. After further training at the Bryansk Art College, he went to the St Petersburg Academy of Art. After graduation in 1994 he took part in a number of exhibitions in St Petersburg.
