 Michel Honoré Bounieu (1740–1814) French painter and engraver (Marseille 1740-Paris 1814). Author of compositions of historical-mythological subject, he was a professor of drawing at the École Royale des Ponts et Chaussées and became secretary of the Cabinet of Prints in the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris.
