He graduated from сhildren's art school, Saransk art school, the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute.
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1991
Creativity Evgeny Balakshina stylistically belongs to the Russian realistic school of painting, with its subtle color and light transmission, rich color palette.
